About us
We bring together frontline experience and strategic expertise to help organisations take a practical, structured approach to preparedness.
Part of Global Consortium Group
CT STEP is part of Global Consortium Group (GCG), a network of public safety professionals with extensive frontline and strategic experience across policing, emergency services, and security.
GCG brings together practitioners who have led from the front, combining operational experience with strategic insight to support organisations facing complex public safety challenges.
This wider capability ensures CT STEP is supported not only as a platform, but as part of a broader approach to preparedness, resilience, and delivery at scale.
